/ / 01 CONTRACTING ENTITY
Entity, terms, and point of contact.
HAPCO (THG-Brackets Inc.) is a US business entity in Mesa, Arizona. The PO is issued to us, the invoice is issued by us, and settlement is domestic. Overseas production sits upstream of the transaction and does not appear in your paperwork.
USA vendor of record
A US business entity with a W-9 on file. Set up under your standard domestic vendor process; no foreign-supplier workflow required.
USD invoicing, Net 30
Priced and invoiced in US dollars. Net 30 for qualified accounts. No currency conversion, no foreign wire, no letter of credit.
Importer of record

/ / 02 COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
Country of origin, on the record.
Most overseas-sourced suppliers make country of origin hard to pin down. We state it plainly, because you have to document it anyway and you shouldn't have to extract it from us to do your job. This is our standing position, and it will match any certificate, declaration, or letter we issue.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN STATEMENT
US OPERATIONS
MANUFACTURING
Brackets are produced by our long-standing manufacturing partner in China CN . Metal stampings are produced by our partner in Taiwan TW .
VENDOR & IMPORTER OF RECORD
ORIGIN DETERMINATION
Final inspection, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment are completed at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA US .
The HAPCO Group (THG-Brackets Inc.), Mesa, AZ, USA.
Substantial transformation occurs offshore. US finishing operations do not confer US origin. Parts are declared non-US origin.
FOR SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION
Eligibility restriction. Parts are of non-US origin and do not qualify for Made-in-USA, Buy American, Trade Agreements Act, or ITAR-controlled programs. Where a domestic-content or origin restriction applies, this supplier does not meet the requirement.
FOR PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN
/ / QUALITY ASSURANCE
Inspected on US soil before it ships to you.
The quality layer is the reason to source through us instead of importing directly. Issues get caught in Mesa, on our side of the transaction not on your receiving dock or your assembly line.
Inbound inspection in Mesa
Every shipment is inspected against your specification after it arrives in the US and before it's released to you.
Material & finish to spec
Material grade and finish are produced to your specification; material certifications can be provided on request.
First-article approval
On any new or modified part, you sign off on a verified first article before the production run proceeds.
Documented & auditable
Our inspection process is documented and our supply chain is fully traceable. Ask us about current documentation and certifications.
Dimensional QC to your drawing
Parts are measured against the dimensions and tolerances on your drawing, with documentation available on request.
30 years of vetted partners
Our manufacturing partners weren't found on a search engine last quarter. The vetting is three decades deep.
/ / SUPPLY CONTINUITY & RISK
De-risking a single-source part.
Continuity is the question every procurement team asks about an overseas-sourced supplier. Here's how we keep your part flowing, and keep you insulated from the factory relationship behind it.
Your tooling, kept on file
Tooling built for your part is retained and used only for your orders. Re-runs start from that tooling, with no new setup.
Material & finish to spec
Vendor-managed inventory
We can hold and replenish stock to agreed levels, buffering your line against lead-time variability.
Capacity to scale
From a 100-piece run to 100,000+ a year on the same tooling. Your volume can grow without a new supplier qualification.
Lead times as firm dates
Standard production is 5–6 weeks, quoted as a date you can plan against.
Blanket orders & releases
Lock pricing and capacity with a blanket PO, then pull scheduled releases against your forecast across the year.
We hold the factory relationship
You never manage an overseas factory across a 12-hour gap. We own that relationship and have been since 1994.
/ / PAYMENT & TERMS
Terms that fit, how you actually buy.
No foreign wires, no letters of credit, no currency exposure. You transact with HAPCO the way you'd transact with any US vendor and we keep the terms simple and predictable.

When we're the right supplier and when we're not.
We'd rather lose a bid cleanly than be the wrong supplier on your vendor list. Here's the honest read for a procurement team evaluating us.
We're a strong fit if…
You source brackets or stampings for commercial, industrial, or computer-hardware products
You want offshore pricing with a US vendor of record and US-based quality accountability
You value USD invoicing, Net 30, and no customs paperwork on your side
You need recurring volume with blanket-order or VMI options
You'd rather work with a supplier who discloses country of origin upfront

We're not your supplier if…
Your program requires Made in USA, Buy American, or TAA compliance
The part is ITAR-controlled or defense with country-of-origin restrictions
Your supplier policy mandates domestic-only manufacturing
You require a certification we don't hold as a hard gate (ask us first)
You need a one-time handful of pieces where tooling won't pencil
/ / PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
Supplier questions.
The questions a procurement or supply-chain team needs answered before bringing on a supplier. If yours isn't here, ask; you'll get a straight answer.
-
The HAPCO Group (legal entity THG-Brackets Inc.) is a US company based in Mesa, Arizona. Your PO, your invoice, your payment, and your point of contact are all with us. We're the vendor of record and the importer of record; the overseas manufacturing is our supply chain to manage on your behalf.
-
Brackets are manufactured by our partner in China; metal stampings by our partner in Taiwan. Final inspection, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment happen at our Mesa, Arizona facility. The parts are of non-US origin. We'll provide a country-of-origin statement on letterhead for your records on request.
-
No, and we won't claim otherwise. Our parts are manufactured overseas and finished in the US, which does not qualify them as US-origin under Made-in-USA, Buy American, TAA, or ITAR rules. If your program has a domestic-content or origin requirement, a domestic stamper is the right choice and we'll say so directly.
-
All pricing and invoicing is in USD. Standard terms are Net 30 for qualified accounts. First orders typically run a 50% deposit with the balance Net 30. We accept ACH, wire, and check. There are no foreign wires or currency conversion on your end. You pay a US company in US dollars.
-
A W-9 is standard for vendor setup. RoHS and REACH declarations and material certifications are available on request where applicable to your part and material. Tell us what your onboarding process requires and we'll confirm exactly what we can supply before you commit.
-
We are the importer of record. Customs clearance, duties, and inbound logistics are handled on our side before parts reach Mesa. You receive finished, inspected goods and a clean US commercial invoice. No brokerage, no duty calculations, no import paperwork on your desk.
-
Several ways: tooling for your part is kept on file so re-runs never restart from zero; we can hold buffer stock through VMI or run blanket orders with scheduled releases; lead times are quoted as firm dates; and our manufacturing relationships are 30 years deep, so they're stable not transactional. We hold the factory relationship so a change there doesn't become a disruption for you.
-
Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA we can sign before you share sensitive drawings, and we're happy to review your supplier or quality agreements. Your drawings and tooling stay tied to your account and are used only for your orders.
Ready to add us to your vendor list?
Request a quote to start a part, or ask for a supplier-documentation packet for your onboarding file. Either way, you'll hear back within 48 hours.
