INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

Six industries. One bracket partner.

From the desktop to the data center to the broadcast studio, HAPCO makes the precision brackets and stampings that hold electronics hardware together. Six different industries, one shared core: tight tolerances, honest sourcing, and programs built for volume.

/ / WHERE OUR BRACKETS GO

The industries we build for.

Wherever a circuit board mounts into a chassis, there's a bracket holding it in place. These are the six industries where our brackets, stampings, and custom hardware do that job. Each has its own demands, and each is backed by the same shop.

01

PC OEM Assembly

Icon of a computer monitor on a black background, outlined with dark blue lines.

Full-height and low-profile PCI & I/O brackets and add-in-card hardware for desktop, workstation, and small-form-factor builders. We've followed every platform transition from ATX to mini-ITX.

04

Industrial Automation

Target crosshairs icon with a circle and four lines radiating outwards, on a black background with a gray border.

Rugged brackets and enclosure hardware for industrial computing and control systems. Long-lifecycle programs where a part has to outlast the engineer who specified it, with tooling kept on file.

02

Server & Data Center

Icon of three horizontal pills stacked vertically, outlined in navy blue.

Low-profile and riser brackets, storage trays, and EIA-310 rack hardware for server and storage OEMs. Built for buildout-scale volume and rolling forecasts.

05

Medical & Healthcare

A black background with a line graph showing fluctuation, with points connected by blue lines and a gray border.

Precision brackets and stampings for medical-device and healthcare-equipment OEMs. Documented inspection, full supply-chain traceability, and the lot-to-lot consistency regulated products demand.

03

Networking & Telecom

Icon of a radio tower transmitting signals.

Multi-port faceplates and SFP/QSFP cage hardware for switch, router, and telecom equipment makers. Port-density precision, EMI features to spec, and long-lifecycle support.

06

Broadcast & AV

I/O brackets and custom hardware for broadcast, video, and professional AV equipment. Legacy and hard-to-find parts for the long-lived studio and signal gear this industry runs on.

/ / WHAT EVERY INDUSTRY GETS

Different demands. The same shop behind them.

A server bracket and a broadcast faceplate look nothing alike, but they come off the same disciplined process. Here's what carries across every industry we serve.

Precision brackets & stampings

PCI & I/O brackets, custom brackets, and metal stampings produced to your drawing and tolerance. The core of everything we make.

US-based quality

Every shipment is inspected at our Mesa facility against your drawing before it reaches you, so issues get caught on our side, not on your line.

Custom & legacy work

We build anything to a drawing and reproduce discontinued parts from a sample or photo. 15,000+ designs deep after 30 years.

Transparent pricing

Real volume ladders published on the site, plus tooling and add-on costs. You see the numbers before you ever have to ask.

Volume programs

JIT, VMI, blanket orders, and scheduled releases. From a first article to 100,000+ pieces a year on one set of tooling.

One US vendor of record

You order from a US company, invoiced in USD on Net 30, with no customs or import paperwork on your end.

/ / WHAT EVERY INDUSTRY GETS

However different the industry, you buy from us the same way.

Every part on this page is quoted, inspected, finished, and shipped from our facility in Mesa, Arizona, and manufactured by the established overseas partners we've worked with since 1994. That two-country model is how HAPCO has always been built, and it's the same whether you're ordering desktop brackets or medical enclosure hardware.

You get offshore pricing with a US company standing behind every part, inspecting every shipment on US soil before it reaches you.

Quoting, engineering review, inbound quality inspection, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment. Plus your single point of contact and vendor of record.

Overseas partners

Production: brackets manufactured by our long-standing partner in China, metal stampings by our partner in Taiwan. Both relationships have been in place since the company was founded.

Where we're not the right fit

We serve commercial and industrial electronics. Because our parts are manufactured overseas and finished in the US, they don't meet Made-in-USA, Buy American, TAA, or ITAR requirements. If your program carries a domestic-content or origin mandate common in government and defense work we're not your supplier, and we'll tell you that directly. More on country of origin →
