What actually comes off the press.

Most people find us through PCI brackets and assume that's the whole shop. It isn't. These are real parts, photographed in our Mesa facility: washers, clips, terminals, channels, panels. Different geometry, different sizes, the same process discipline behind all of it.

Contoured Panels

Large formed panels with a bored center opening, a drilled hole pattern, a formed mounting flange down one edge, and a painted finish.

Deep-Drawn Cylinders

Seamless cups and cans drawn from flat stock, open or closed end. Protective micro enclosures and electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI) shields.

Formed Plates & Panels

Circular plates with an irregular cutout, a coined channel, and a full hole pattern, struck in sequence from one strip. The tool locates every feature to every other, so the geometry holds piece after piece.

Plates with Formed Arms

Precision plates with a bored hub, a row of small formed tabs around the arc, and a long extended arm. Bright finish, tight repeatability.

Formed Brackets

Formed brackets in a black finish, with slotted holes and a clean bend line. The slots leave room to adjust in the field; the finish matches your drawing.

Rings & Washers

Large-diameter rings and washers, blanked flat with a clean edge and a controlled burr. Distributes fastener loads, prevents electrical shorts, and absorbs vibrations in computer chassis

Channels & Box Sections

Open U-channels and box sections, several bends off one blank, with mounting tabs and located notches. Every bend lands in the same spot, so the part drops into your assembly.

Links & Plates

Flat links and plates with bored and countersunk holes and offset shapes. The whole value is the hole-to-edge relationship holding run after run.

Small formed clips, spring contacts, and copper terminals, run and bagged by the lot. Steel, stainless, and copper alloy all run here.

We don’t make one part that fits all we make unique parts that fit each specific drawing and chassis. / / WHAT WE DO TO FLAT METAL

Six things happen between coil and carton.

A stamping is just a sequence of operations applied to flat stock. Here's the sequence, and where each one can make or break your part.

Blanking

Cutting your outline out of flat stock. The blank sets everything downstream. If the profile is off, nothing after it recovers.

Progressive or Single-Stage

High-count parts run progressive, several operations in one die, one hit per part. Lower volumes or bigger parts run single-stage. Volume decides.

Piercing

Holes, slots, and hole patterns. Position matters more than size. A hole that's the right diameter in the wrong place is still scrap.

Plating & Finishing

Nickel, zinc, paint, and other finishes to your spec. Tell us the environment the part lives in and we'll flag a finish that won't survive it.

Send the print with your material, thickness, and tolerances called out, and you'll get a straight answer on whether it's a fit, within 48 hours.

Forming & Bending

Tabs, flanges, channels, offsets. Every bend is an operation and a chance for springback, which is exactly why the first article exists.

Inbound Inspection

Every lot is measured against your print at our Mesa facility before it's released to you. Problems get caught on our side of the transaction.

Print in. Finished parts out.

We follow the same process for metal stampings that we do for our brackets. The first article is the one that matters. Nothing runs in production until you've held a real part and signed off.

What to send us. Anything is a start.

You don't need a finished engineering drawing to get a real answer. Here's what helps most, in order, though the bottom tier is enough to open the conversation.

STEP, DWG, or DXF with material, thickness, and tolerances called out. We can quote from it directly and go to tooling with no interpretation.

A PDF print or dimensioned sketch

A drawing, a marked-up screenshot, or a hand sketch with real numbers. We'll rebuild the geometry and confirm every dimension before anything is cut.

The part itself

Mail us a sample, or photograph it next to a ruler with your key dimensions noted. Reverse-engineering parts from samples is a capability of ours, not a favor.

We publish real pricing for our standard brackets because they're a standard product. A stamping isn't. The price depends on your geometry, material, thickness, finish, and volume, so a published ladder would be a fiction. What we won't do is make you chase the number. Send the print and you'll have a written quote, itemized, within 48 hours.

Where your stampings are made

Metal stampings are produced by our manufacturing partner in Taiwan, a relationship that goes back to the early years of the company. (Our brackets come from a separate long-standing partner in China.) Quoting, inbound inspection, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment run through our Mesa, Arizona facility, and you buy from a US company on a USD invoice with Net 30 terms. Because the parts are of non-US origin, they don't meet Made-in-USA, Buy American, TAA, or ITAR requirements. If your program carries one of those, we're not your supplier and we'll say so directly.
